PETTING ZOO EXPERIENCE

Typically includes 12 animals (YES! that is a lot of Farm-Tastic Animals attending!)

Different kinds of  Bunnies, ducks, mini or regular chickens, mini goats, mini sheeps (we have black and whites!)

& ONE specialty PETTING animals to choose from, you can select from Llama, Alpaca, Mini Donkey or Mini Horse

We bring brushes for your guests to brush the animals !

The Zoo typically includes a good amount & variety of approximately 17 animals:

We provide more Bunnies, ducks, mini chickens, mini goats, mini sheep than the regular zoo

& TWO of the specialty Petting Animals of your choices such as Llama, Alpacas, Mini Donkey or Mini Horse.

                                                   We bring brushes for your guests to brush the animals!

Areas we service in the Hampton Roads area (Virginia)

Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Smithfield, Carrollton, Windsor, Norfolk, Newport News, Poquoson

 

These locations will have a travel fee & a minimum on booking

Virginia Beach Williamsburg, Gloucester, Lanexa, or anywhere 40 minutes or more from our location.

Pricing Includes

Washing/Grooming/Loading animals at our facility, our time transportation to and from your location (in areas we service, Set up in advance (strive to arrive 30 minutes early for setting up/preparation), Clean up continuously, Animal handlers / Staff, Fencing for Zoo, Fake Grass (If required for zoo --> must notify us in advance) AND the animal Rentals you hired.  We are Licensed, Insured with over 20 years of experience & Service.

 

Note: For add-on animals such as riding pony or a special appearance animal;

In-order to receive the discounted pricing listed to add them onto a petting zoo, these rentals MUST be booked for the same length and scheduled time frame as the other rentals that you've selected previously above.

Pricing Does Not Include

Fuel fee or fee for traveling outside of our areas.

Requesting that we arrive earlier than 30 minutes for setting up (this is an additional charge, must notify us in advance that you need this), COI on insurance policy (Additional insured we can do), 3% surcharge fee for credit or debit card payments ( we accept Zelle, check, venmo, Cash app, Cashier Check or Cash – there is no fee for these).

Set-Up & Pack-Up Location:

We usually park on the street in front of your house and set up in the front yard, as our large truck and trailer will need easy access to the setup zone. During set-up, animals exit the trailer into our fencing that is set up directly next to it.

We don't back into small driveways for safety and insurance reasons. If your backyard is wide open where we can drive up and set up and then circle back out, then great! Otherwise, if you have a complicated setup situation that is not where our truck and trailer can directly pull up to for setup, then we won't do it. We won't walk animals on leashes or carry everything into a backyard.

If your backyard is easy to access, great; otherwise, we'll use the front yard, which is common and hasn't caused issues.

Extra Charge Alert:

If there is no other choice at your location but to set up in a complicated area that does not meet our requirements, an additional $50 fee will be collected prior to set up. You must inform us in advance for this option so we hire extra staff to help or arrive extra early to accommodate. Email your request and send a video of the area to 757-907-7613.

A fee will be applied for any special requests such as but not limited to, requesting specialty permit(s) in order for us to attend at a location, COI on the insurance policy, asking for different fencing to be used to contain the animals or other equipment, requesting extra early arrival for setting up, requesting we visit the location prior to the event date for viewing or requesting anything that we have not offered in writing on our website or via email that we state is included with the rentals you are hiring.

RENTAL / ANIMAL REQUEST(s):

We are more than happy to accept requests for a specific animal and will most likely be able to accommodate that request.

However, due to schedules, or any other extenuating circumstance, you may not receive the specific animal that was requested.

Please rest assured that each and every one of our animals are well kept, well-mannered and eager to please.

Due to the nature of animals; no particular animal is guaranteed to attend an event/party. (Luckily this rarely happens).

We reserve the right to substitute, change or not include animals for any reason. Our main concern is ALWAYS the health, comfort, and safety of our animals.

Not all animals that are shown on our website will be available to hire/attend or are still in our possession, as animals may pass on or be rehomed.  However we do only show pictures of animals that we currently own or have owned in the past as example pictures, we do not use pictures of other people's/companies animals.
