Animals are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you’d like to book them, you must check availability with us first. Do not complete the “Booking” link without confirming with us.

Pricing Includes

● Washing/grooming, and loading animals at our farm.

● Advance setup — we strive to arrive approximately 30 minutes early for preparation. (depending on the rental(s) you reserved. 

● Continuous clean-up during the event.

● Professional animal handlers and staff.

●Fencing for petting zoo areas.

● Food for the animals & Brushes for participants to brush animals

● Fake grass, if required (must be requested in advance- add on fee).

● The animal rentals you booked. *

● Licensed and insured service with over 20 years of experience.

Add-On Animals

For discounted pricing on add-ons such as a special appearance animal like a Unicorn or Fiesta Donkey , these rentals must be booked for the same length and scheduled time frame as your other rentals.


Pricing Does Not Include

● Fuel fees or travel charges for locations.

● Early arrival beyond 30 minutes for setup (additional charge, must be arranged in advance).

● Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing additional insured parties (available for an extra fee).

● surcharge fee for credit or debit card payments. (collected by the card processor)

> No surcharge for Zelle, check, cashier’s check, or cash.

● Special permits or location-specific requirements not stated as included in writing.

● Alternative fencing or equipment not listed in our rental descriptions.

● Site visits before the event date (unless arranged as an extra service).

Set-Up & Pack-Up Location

We typically park on the street in front of your home and set up in the front yard so our large truck and trailer have direct access to the setup zone. Animals exit the trailer directly into our fencing.

Important:

  • We do not back into small driveways for safety and insurance reasons.
  • If your backyard is easily accessible for us to drive in and circle out, we can set up there.
  • We cannot walk animals on leashes or carry all equipment into a backyard.
  • If the backyard is not easily accessible, the front yard will be used — this is very common and has not caused problems.

REQUIREMENTS (in-part) 

Arrival

  • We typically arrive 30 minutes early, depending on the rental type.

Parking

  • It is your responsibility to reserve a parking spot for our truck and trailer, as close to the animals' setup location as possible.
  • Parking must be easily accessible.
  • No complicated backups, narrow driveways, or reversing through gates.

Water

  • It is your responsibility to provide a working water source nearby for filling our water buckets.

Shade

  • If it is hot or raining, it is your responsibility to provide shade or coverage for the animals.

Crowd Control

  • It is your responsibility to:
    Ensure guests are kind to the animals.
    Keep the setup and pack-up area clear to avoid delays.

Set-Up & Pack-Up Location

  • The petting zoo must be set up close to our truck and trailer, not more than 7 feet away.
  • No stairs or steep slopes.
  • We do not drag fencing, animals, or equipment into fenced backyards.
  • We set up only where our truck and trailer can safely pull up and exit without issue.
  • Front yards or wide-open fields are preferred.
  • We determine the safest and most suitable area for the animals.
  • The trailer (typically) will remain in place during your event.

Petting Zoo Requirements

  • Setup Location: Within 7 feet of truck/trailer.
  • Area Size: Typically 12x12 feet (more space allows a bigger display).
  • Surface Compatibility: Grass or dirt. For concrete/asphalt, notify us in advance for fake grass (limited availability; additional fee applies).
  • Preferred Areas: Front yards are best, as backyards often have party decorations, balloons, piñatas, ride-on toys, fires, or BBQs.
  • Rules: No dogs, no feeding animals with fingers, no picking up animals, no chasing.
  • Enjoyment: Pet, take pictures, brush and interact respectfully with the animals.

Special Appearance Animals

(Unicorn, Llama, Alpaca, Mini Donkey, etc.)

  • Purpose: For meet & greets, photos, and petting only — no riding.
  • Safety Rules: No stairs, rocks, elevators, steep slopes, or escalators.
  • Safe Locations: Away from pools, bounce houses, and loud noises.
  • Unicorn Privacy: Keep everyone away during preparation to maintain the magical experience. The unicorn does not arrive fully ready.
  • Safety Priority: Animals may be placed in a pen if the area is hectic, young children are present, or safety rules are not followed.
  • Prohibited Items: No dogs, balloons, drones, or anything that may scare them.

Tolls Fees:

● Virginia Beach, Gloucester, Chesapeake, Norfolk or any location with tolls. (2x) 

Minimum amount required to reserve:

●Some areas (50 minutes or more travel from our farm) will require a minimum booking amount to make it worth our travel, this way we can include you within our service range.

Typically this is Chesapeake, Williamsburg, VB, Norfolk and Gloucester. 

About Our Animal Rentals

We offer a variety of mobile animal experiences for children’s birthday parties, photography sessions and other events, including:

● Traveling pony rentals (seasonal- not hot weather)

Our services are fully mobile, bringing the fun directly to your event in the Hampton Roads area.

Extra Charge Alert

If your location requires setup in a complicated area that does not meet our requirements, a Minimum $50 fee will be charged. (each location is different based on complicated set up)

To arrange this:

  • Inform us in advance.
  • Email your request and send a video of the area to 757-907-7613.
  • This fee allows us to hire extra staff or arrive earlier to accommodate the setup.

Other extra fees may apply for special requests, such as:

  • Specialty permits required for attendance.
  • COI on insurance policy with additional insured.
  • Alternative fencing or equipment.
  • Early arrival beyond 30 minutes.
  • Pre-event site visits.
  • Any other requests not listed as included in writing on our website or via email.

Rental / Animal Request(s):

We’re happy to accept requests for a specific animal, and in most cases, we can accommodate. However, due to schedules or other circumstances, you may not always receive the exact animal you requested.

Animal Availability

  • We are on FIRST BOOKED- FIRST SERVE BASIS.
  • No particular animal is guaranteed to attend any event or party.
  • We reserve the right to substitute, change, or exclude animals for any reason.
  • Our primary concern is always the health, comfort, and safety of our animals.

Photography & Animal Listings

  • Not all animals shown on our website will always be available to hire or attend.
  • Animals may be unavailable due to retirement, rehoming, or passing away.
  • We only use pictures of animals we currently own or have owned in the past — never other people’s or companies’ animals.

Animal Care & Conduct

You can be confident that every one of our animals is trained and hand-raised in well-kept, well-mannered, and eager to please conditions. However they are animals.
